The Town of Ranlo is requesting sealed bids from qualified and properly licensed contractors for renovations and repairs to the Community Building at 15 Park Dr. Bid specification packets must be picked up at Town Hall, 1624 Spencer Mountain Road, Gastonia, NC 28054. Completed sealed bids are due at Town Hall no later than Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Late bids will not be accepted.
