Sidewalk & Carolina Thread Trail Expansion

The Town has secured over $722,000 in state grant funding for sidewalk rehabilitation along Spencer Mountain Road leading to the Ranlo Lodge. The Board of Commissioners has directed Town Manager Charlie Hansen to pursue additional federal and state grants to fund the remaining sidewalk needed to officially connect Ranlo to the Carolina Thread Trail.
