Water / Sewer

The Water/Sewer Department operates and maintains Ranlo's water distribution and sewer collection systems, ensuring safe and reliable utility service for all residents.

About This Department

The Water/Sewer Department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of Ranlo’s water distribution and wastewater collection systems. The department processes approximately 1,700 utility bills each month and is actively investing in infrastructure improvements to serve current and future residents.

Billing & Payments

Utility bills are due on the 15th of each month. To avoid disconnection, payment must be received by 5:00 PM on the 25th. Disconnections for nonpayment occur on the 26th or the following business day. Payments made after 5:00 PM on the 25th will incur a $50.00 late fee.

Payments can be made online through MyGovHub, via the drive-through window, or using the drop box at Town Hall. Automatic bank draft is also available — see the Forms & Documents section for the application form and Terms & Conditions.

Infrastructure Projects

The Town has secured significant grant funding for waterline replacement and sewer line improvements. See the Town Projects page for current project status and updates.
