Ranlo Police Foundation The Board discussed the potential transition of the Public Safety Partnership Committee into a “Ranlo Police Foundation,” which would allow for independent fundraising and grant applications.

Davenport & Company Financial Advisor Engagement The Board discussed renewing its engagement with Davenport & Company as financial advisors.

• Davenport & Company will help the town navigate funding for upcoming capital projects, including the new Town Hall/Police Station.

Ranlo Resource Network Update The Network reported on a new initiative and future plans.

• A new summer feeding program will serve children ages 18 and under.
• The Network is exploring a potential health fair in 2027.

Ranlo Experience Committee Update The Committee reported on the challenges of operating with a very limited event budget.

• The Board discussed options to support upcoming events, including a potential budget amendment for temporary event funding.

South Ranlo Waterline Project Staff provided an update on town infrastructure projects.

• Construction on the South Ranlo waterline replacement project officially began May 11, 2026.

Utility Billing System Transition The Town Manager addressed issues with the transition to new billing software.
