During routine maintenance at the Town Community Building, the Public Works Department discovered structural issues that require immediate attention. Further inspection found significant water damage beneath the front entrance, causing wood rot and weakening the floor. The front deck was also determined to be unsafe for public use.
To ensure the safety of our residents, the Community Building will be temporarily closed until the necessary repairs can be completed.
This matter will be discussed at next week’s Board of Commissioners meeting on August 13th at the Ranlo Lodge to determine the next steps.
